Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do when using Wanuva.
Wanuva is a knowledge extraction and analysis service. It is not intended to be used to bypass rights protections, scrape platforms abusively, or process unlawful content.
2. You Must Not
Copyright and Rights Violations
- submit content you do not have the right to process
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights
- reproduce, redistribute, or exploit protected content without permission
- use Wanuva to evade licensing or permission requirements
Illegal or Harmful Content
- process illegal content
- process content involving exploitation, abuse, or unlawful harassment
- process content in violation of sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law
Platform and Scraping Abuse
- use the service in a way that abuses source platforms
- submit URLs or requests at a volume intended to overload, scrape, or circumvent platform controls
- attempt to bypass technical restrictions or availability limitations
System Abuse
- probe, scan, reverse engineer, or attack the service
- interfere with security controls, quotas, billing, or access restrictions
- use bots or automation in a way that harms the service or other users
- attempt to access data that does not belong to you
Misleading or Abusive Use of Outputs
- present AI-generated outputs as verified fact when they are not
- use outputs in a fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive way
- rely on Wanuva to provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice
3. Enforcement
If you violate this Policy, Wanuva may:
- remove or block access to relevant content or functionality
- suspend or terminate your account
- restrict plan access or processing privileges
- preserve evidence of abuse
- report serious misconduct where required or appropriate
