Terms of Use

1. About Wanuva

Wanuva is a web application that helps users turn short-form video content into usable knowledge. Users submit supported video URLs, and Wanuva extracts metadata and audio, generates a transcript, and creates AI-assisted outputs such as summaries, structured insights, and actionable steps when relevant.

Wanuva is a transformation and analysis service. It is not a public video hosting platform, a social network, or a distribution channel for original media.

2. Who We Are

These Terms govern your use of Wanuva, operated by OptiQura AB.

By using Wanuva, creating an account, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping your login credentials confidential, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account.

4. What the Service Does

Wanuva allows you to submit supported URLs and receive derived outputs, including metadata, transcript text, AI-generated summaries, structured insights, and playbooks or action steps where relevant.

Wanuva may cache and reuse analysis results across users when the same underlying video or source content has already been processed. This shared analysis layer is part of how the service improves speed, consistency, and efficiency.

5. Your Content and Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all URLs and content you submit to Wanuva. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful basis to submit the content for processing, that your use of the service does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, contract, platform, or other legal rights, and that the content and your use of it comply with applicable law and these Terms.

Wanuva does not claim ownership of the original content you submit. You retain whatever rights you have in your submitted content.

6. Copyright and Third-Party Content

Wanuva processes content that you direct us to process. Wanuva does not grant you any rights in third-party content.

  • process content you do not have the right to use
  • bypass platform restrictions or rights protections
  • systematically extract, reproduce, republish, or exploit copyrighted material without authorization
  • use Wanuva as a substitute for licensing or permission

If you are unsure whether you have the right to submit content, do not use the service for that content.

7. Outputs and Ownership

Wanuva stores transcripts, structured outputs, and related metadata in order to provide the service. As between you and Wanuva, you retain rights you may have in your submitted input, while Wanuva owns the software, systems, prompts, processing logic, and service infrastructure.

Wanuva may store and use generated outputs and usage data to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Because parts of the service may use a shared analysis layer, outputs may not always be unique to a single user.

8. AI Limitations

Wanuva uses AI systems and automated processing. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or contextually wrong.

You must independently verify important outputs before relying on them. Wanuva is not a substitute for professional judgment or professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, nutritional, compliance, employment, or safety advice.

Wanuva may generate incorrect summaries, missing or incomplete steps, false or overstated conclusions, or outputs that do not fully reflect the source material. You use the outputs at your own risk.

9. Temporary Media Handling

Wanuva may temporarily download or extract audio or other media fragments solely to process submitted content. Wanuva does not intend to permanently store original video files as part of its normal service operation. However, transcripts, metadata, thumbnails, and structured outputs may be stored to provide the service and support later access.

10. Paid Plans and Billing

Wanuva offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions may be billed through Stripe or other supported billing providers. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes, keep your payment information current, and accept the billing terms presented at checkout.

Subscription access, limits, renewal, cancellation, and plan changes may depend on your selected billing provider and platform. If a payment fails, Wanuva may downgrade, suspend, or limit paid features.

11. Prohibited Use

  • infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights
  • process illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content
  • interfere with, overload, or abuse the service
  • reverse engineer, probe, or exploit the system except as allowed by law
  • automate abusive submission or extraction behavior
  • attempt to access data belonging to other users
  • use the service to create or distribute spam, fraud, or malicious content
  • use outputs in a misleading way, including presenting AI output as verified fact when it is not

We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited use.

12. Availability and Service Changes

Wanuva is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including supported platforms, processing behavior, usage limits, and plan structure.

  • uninterrupted availability
  • support for every submitted URL
  • successful extraction, transcription, or analysis
  • permanent availability of third-party content or upstream platforms

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, if your use creates legal, technical, or security risk, if we are required to do so by law or by an upstream provider, or if your payment fails or your subscription ends.

You may stop using Wanuva at any time.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanuva is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that outputs will be correct, complete, or suitable for your intended use.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiQura AB and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising out of or related to Wanuva.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Wanuva in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you have not paid for the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Wanuva after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
